Our founder, Phil Towns, personally oversees every project, ensuring hands-on attention and high-quality results from start to finish.  We are local Western Australians and nobody has to ever deal with a middleman. Ali Towns leads the administration of Cubic 8, managing scheduling, documentation, and client communication to support seamless project delivery.

Phil became a qualified carpenter before moving into the concrete placement industry, gaining experience across both residential and commercial/industrial projects. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the concrete grinding and polishing industry, he brings what’s required to deliver the highest quality flooring. 

From major metropolitan sites to regional projects across our state, Phil is on-site and personally invested in the outcome, delivering high-performance concrete floors every time.
